Our Process
Here's exactly what happens at your place.
Most cleaners turn up, spray, and leave. We test, diagnose, treat the right thing, and verify. Same 4 stages every job — Townsville homeowners can hold us to it.

We start with a proper look — including a UV light to spot mould and build-up — on every unit before we lift a cover. That's how we tell you which actually need cleaning and which don't.

Cover comes off and we check the front and back of the coils, the fan barrel, the drain line and the drain pan. Townsville's wet-season humidity, coastal salt air and dry-season dust build up differently in different houses — so we treat what's actually there.

We treat the mould properly so it doesn't come straight back. We hit the coils, the fan barrel, and flush the drain line. We clean the back of the coil too — that's where the mould actually hides. Most cleaners skip it.
