Test Before We Touch
Baseline diagnostic
Thermal probe on the coil, airflow anemometer at the vent, drain check on the line. We get a baseline on every unit before lifting a cover — that's how we tell you which actually need cleaning and which don't.
Identify the Build-up
Mould vs dust vs algae
Cover comes off and we check the coils, fan barrel and drain line. North Queensland's wet season + cane crush dust produce different build-ups in different houses. We treat what's actually there — not a one-size-fits-all spray.
Targeted Treatment
Real treatment, not a quick spray
Hospital-grade biocide kills mould at the cellular level — not just on the surface. We hit the coils, the fan barrel, and flush the drain line. Knocks the smell, stops it coming back.
Verify the Result
Before/after, sent to your phone
Re-test airflow and temperature with the probe. Most splits we clean pick up 3–6°C of cooling back — we write the number on your receipt. Before/after photos go to your phone. Pay after — only when you're satisfied.
