What's actually involved in a proper clean?
We take the cover right off and clean the parts a quick wipe-down can't reach — filters, the coil that cools your air, and the fan barrel. We treat the mould inside, flush the drain, sanitise, test it working, and send you before-and-after photos. That's the clean every customer gets.
Do you charge for the outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit clean is an optional $39 add-on. We'll only recommend it if your outdoor unit actually needs it — coated in dust, leaves, lawn clippings or coastal salt. If it's clean, we won't push it. That's the Chilled Out Standard.
When do I pay?
