Every site is different. We don't have a hidden rate card — here's the structure, then we quote against your actual site.
10% off our residential rates. Single visit, standard hours.
15-20% off. Usually split across 2-3 visits to fit your schedule.
Custom rate. Dedicated team, scheduled program, usually 6-monthly or annual recurring.
+15% on whatever rate applies. Two off-hours visits a year are included free.
For 20+ units we come to site (free, no obligation) to confirm access, unit types, and scope. Stops us guessing — and stops the quote getting bumped after the job starts.
