We clean 18-22 rooms a week, every week. Cleans scheduled between 10am check-out and 2pm check-in — never disrupts guests. Each room gets a before/after photo + condition note in a PDF report at end of month. Same two techs every visit — they know which rooms have the older Daikins and which rooms have the new Mitsubishis.

Body corp signed an annual schedule — every August before peak summer. Two techs split the building, knock over all 16 units in a single Saturday. One quote covers everything, owners aren't chased individually. Condition report goes to the strata manager so any unit-level issues get raised at the right meeting.
