Stage 1: Test Before We Touch
Baseline diagnostic
We start with a proper look — including a UV light to spot mould and build-up — on every unit before we lift a cover. That's how we tell you which actually need cleaning and which don't.
Stage 2: Identify the Build-up
Mould vs dust vs algae
Cover comes off and we check the front and back of the coils, the fan barrel, the drain line and the drain pan. Mackay's wet-season humidity, coastal salt air and dry-season dust build up differently in different houses — so we treat what's actually there.
Stage 3: Targeted Treatment
Real treatment, not a quick spray
We treat the mould properly so it doesn't come straight back. We hit the coils, the fan barrel, and flush the drain line. We clean the back of the coil too — that's where the mould actually hides. Most cleaners skip it.
Stage 4: Verify the Result
