When you book through a valid referral link, you'll automatically receive $25 off your total service cost. The discount is applied once per customer and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. The discount will be clearly shown in your booking summary before you confirm your appointment.

How are giveaway entries calculated and when are they confirmed?

You receive 1 giveaway entry for every $10 of your booking value (after the $25 discount is applied), and the person who referred you receives double that amount. For example, if your booking is worth $100 after discount, you get 10 entries and your referer gets 20 entries. At booking time, all entries are initially 'pending' and become 'confirmed' only after payment is completed. If payment isn't made before the current giveaway ends, your pending entries will automatically roll over to the next giveaway once payment is processed.

When are monthly giveaway winners selected?

We conduct our monthly prize draw on the last day of each month. All referral bookings completed during that month are automatically entered. Winners are selected randomly and notified within 48 hours via phone and email. Prize details and winner announcements are posted on our website.

What happens if I don't pay before the giveaway draw?

If payment isn't completed before the current month's giveaway draw, your pending entries will remain safe and automatically roll over to the next available giveaway once payment is processed. This ensures you don't lose your chance to win, even if you pay after the original draw date.

How long is my referral code valid?

Referral codes are valid for 90 days from when they're first shared with you. You can use the code for multiple quotes during this period, but the $25 discount only applies once per customer. If your referral code has expired, please contact the person who referred you for a fresh link.

How will I know if I win a monthly prize?

Winners are contacted within 48 hours of the draw via the phone number and email provided during booking. We'll also announce the winner's first name and suburb on our website and social media. If we can't reach a winner within 7 days, we may select an alternative winner from the same month's entries.

Can I share my referral code with others and what do I get?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If someone refers you and you're happy with our service, you can request your own referral code to share with friends and family. When someone books using your referral code, you receive double the giveaway entries they get (2 entries for every $10 of their booking value). However, referral codes are linked to specific customers and shouldn't be shared publicly or used for commercial promotion without permission.

What happens if there's a dispute with my entry count?

All booking entries are automatically calculated and recorded in our system. If you believe there's an error with your entry count, please contact us within 30 days of your service with your booking reference number. We'll review your booking details and adjust entries if necessary.

Are there any restrictions on who can participate?

Accepted Answer

The referral program is open to residential customers in our service areas who book and complete a paid service. Commercial bookings, cancelled appointments, and services booked outside our coverage zones are not eligible for giveaway entries.

Can prizes be substituted or exchanged for cash?

Accepted Answer

Prizes are awarded as described and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items. However, if a specific prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. All prizes are subject to Australian Consumer Law and come with appropriate warranties where applicable.
